Is NCTF a filler?+
No. NCTF® is a skin-quality treatment, not a volumising filler. It uses non cross-linked hyaluronic acid to hydrate and revitalise the skin rather than to add volume or change your facial shape.
How many sessions will I need?+
Your injector designs the plan during your consultation. A common approach is a short initial course of sessions spaced two to three weeks apart, followed by maintenance a few times per year. Plans are individual.
Does it hurt, and is there downtime?+
The micro-injections are well tolerated, and a numbing option is available. Most people return to normal activities the same day. Mild redness or small injection-point marks can appear and usually settle within hours.
Where on the body can it be used?+
NCTF® is commonly used on the face, neck, décolletage and hands. Your injector will confirm the right areas for you at your consultation.
Can NCTF help with dark circles or tired under-eyes?+
The eye area is one of NCTF®'s most common uses. It works on the quality of the under-eye skin — hydration, texture and brightness — rather than adding volume, which makes it an option to discuss if you want a refreshed eye area without a tear-trough filler. Suitability is confirmed at your consultation.
What's the difference between NCTF and ART FILLER?+
NCTF® is a skin-quality treatment: it hydrates and revitalises without adding volume. ART FILLER® is a range of dermal fillers: it restores volume and smooths deeper lines with cross-linked hyaluronic acid. They address different things and are often combined in one treatment plan.
How long do ART FILLER results last?+
FILLMED's clinical studies report results lasting up to 18 months per indication. Longevity varies with the area treated, the product used and the individual, which your injector will review with you.
