CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be completed within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel your appointment or cancellation within 24 hours of your service will result in a $25 charge or you will forfeit your deposit if one was collected at the time of booking. Any further same day cancellations or no-show appointments will result in full payment of the services booked being charged to the guest.
CHRISTMAS PURCHASE NOTICE: All hard copy gift card purchases that are expected to arrive by December 24th must be purchased no later than December 20th. All printable gift card purchases must be purchased on December 21st to be processed for use by December 25th.
NEW YEARS PURCHASE NOTICE: For purchases expected to arrive by New Years; hard copy gift cards must be purchased no later than December 28th and printables need to be purchased before midnight on December 28th. To be used in store for January 1st.
