Position	Product Development Director
Location	Corporate Office, Downtown Edmonton

Job Description Duties	EvelineCharles the Beauty Industry Leader is looking to find a Product Development Director that is passionate about the beauty / fashion industry. Co-ordinate elements of production including; conceptualizing, formulating, purchasing, packaging, scripting, coding, printing, filling, pricing, branding, educating and marketing. Monitor industry trends and predict future consumer retail demands. Develop retail and professional product lines. Formulate Marketing Strategies to market the product lines. Purchasing Functions; source suppliers/manufacturers, negotiate (pricing, payment terms, delivery, repurchase rates...), and shipping (including shipping and brokerage). Collect employee and client feedback and make constant improvements to existing products. Compose and submit reports for government refunds and grants.
Qualifications	Passion for the beauty and fashion industry. Organised and ability to multitask and prioritise. Post secondary education or experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management preferred. Proactive and motivated individual capable of meeting deadlines and budgets.
