Job Description
Duties |
EvelineCharles Academy is looking for an Outside Sales Recruiter to focus on the growth of our Edmonton Based Academy. The selected candidate will be sales focused, outgoing and driven by passion and excitement in the Beauty Industry. The recruiter will work outside events and develop Industry Relationships.
Career Duties
- Working independently to grow numbers within sales targets
- Working High School Career events and Trade Shows,
- Developing relationships with Salons, Schools, Retail stores and Restaurants to recruit and place students.
- Presentations in the Academy for Events and Open Houses.
- Travel to cities and rural towns to present the Academy.

Education and Experience
- Minimum 2 years in a sales role with cold calling abilities.
- Outgoing, personable and reliable
- Marketing or PR background or Education preferred.
- Fashion Oriented with Beauty Industry Knowledge
- Vehicle required for Travel
- Flexible hours
