Job Description
Duties

Under the direction of the Marketing Director, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for engaging in and executing a wide range of internal and external marketing tasks. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Public Relations Coordinator, Graphics Designer and Sales Team in order to create, execute and measure marketing initiatives outlined in the annual marketing plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare post mortem for all marketing initiatives. Create presentations which include a summary of campaign details, cost details, analysis of results including ROI and lessons learned recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns including traditional and online channels while ensuring objectives and results are captured and communicated.
  • Liaison with internal and external partners in media buying and development.
  • Coordinate tradeshow and special events.
  • Coordinate the creation of sales related materials.
  • Develop and maintain marketing communication (program launches) to internal sales teams.
  • Assist with the execution and updates of annual marketing plan.
  • Project management and prioritizing of all marketing campaigns as it relates to sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • 3-5 years of corporate marketing experience.
  • Business/Marketing related Degree is preferred.
  • Superior written and oral communications skills.
  • Strong Project Management and organizational skills.
  • Graphics design experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
  • Strong team player.
  • Ability to demonstrate creativity and initiative.
  • Fashion forward individual who loves the industry!
