Job Description:

As a Manager, you will provide professional leadership to develop and execute both corporate and employee goals. With your strong operational and leadership skills, you will be responsible for the overall effectiveness and growth of your store. Your expertise and experience will drive all areas of business: sales, product knowledge, recruitment, visual merchandising, inventory management, and employee training.

Focus Areas Include:

· Strengthen and grow the store by tracking progress and driving sales through your strategic planning.

· Retention of clients by solving customer service issues and enhancing client experiences by building lasting relationships with our guests.

· Recruitment, training and growth of staff, including coaching of employees to reach personal and company goals.

· Work closely with the marketing department to implement marketing initiatives within your location.

· Monitoring retail and professional inventory levels and coordinating general merchandising of store.

Qualifications

· Passionate and fashion-forward individual who possesses outstanding leadership and communication skills.

· Past management experience or proven-ability to successfully lead groups in professional environment.

· Ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment while managing a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communication skills to effectively and appropriately interact with clients and location staff.

· Strong involvement, awareness and linkages within the local community.

· Post-secondary education is an asset (studies within business disciplined preferred).

Hours of Work: Tuesday-Saturday, 8:30am-5:30pm

Reporting Relationship: Director of Operations - EC Corporate Office located in Edmonton, AB.

Compensation

· $40,000-$50,000/year + Quarterly Bonuses – Starting salary-based on experience and education.
