EvelineCharles Academy Opens Third Location

CALGARY, ALBERTA (July 29, 2011) - Construction is complete on the new 10,500-square-foot EvelineCharles (EC) campus located in the downtown CORE Shopping Centre. EvelineCharles, an internationally recognized Salon │ Spa industry leader, has found a fitting home for its new Academy in one of the most industry and economically diverse cities in Canada. EC Academy is one of the top hair and beauty salon schools in the world, housing the most innovative and state-of-the-art equipment for stylists and estheticians.

"As this will be the third Academy opening for the company following Edmonton and Vancouver, we couldn't be more thrilled about opening in a city like Calgary," says Kim McIver, director of business development and admissions, EvelineCharles Academy. The Academy, known for being Canada's only Sassoon Connection School and offering three- day a week programs, Nuts & Bolts industry training, NAIT business courses and ITEC certification, will offer full -time Cosmetology (School of Hair Design) and Advanced Professional Esthetics programs as well as part-time courses in makeup or gel nail artistry, hair removal, complete facials and manicuring and pedicuring in Calgary.

With over 500 graduates to date, EvelineCharles Academy will be an exciting addition to Calgary's fashion and beauty industry. Students, with the business' best training, are expected to make their mark through backstage involvement in local events which will ultimately inspire and enhance Calgary's fashion community.
