RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Final sale items include cosmetics, hair brushes, cosmetic brushes, nail care, gift sets, gift cards, printable gift certificates and sale items. We make every effort to represent the colours of our cosmetic products exactly but some computers may display colour differently. EvelineCharles Hair Dryer and Flat Iron carry a 1 year limited warranty. Any other unused EvelineCharles product can be returned for an exchange or credit within 14 days.
How to return an EvelineCharles.com order:
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of your order date to let us know and make arrangement to return your order.

After speaking with a customer care agent, you may return any unused items to an EvelineCharles retail store or return it to the distribution centre by courier. Please do not send your order back until you have spoken with a customer care agent. If you are returning your order to a retail store, please be sure to have with you:
Your invoice as proof of purchase, all your unused merchandise and the credit card used to purchase the merchandise. (For gift returns, the original credit card is not required).
If returning to the distribution centre, all packages must be sent through a traceable method. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding original shipping charges).
Please allow up to 21 days for our customer care agent to receive your return and process your credit. Once the return is processed, we will send an e-mail confirmation of your credit. At that time, we can process an exchange or gift card for future use. You can also choose to have our customer care centre hold this amount for one year for future use on EvelineCharles.com.
When your order arrives, please inspect the box for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping box to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1.866.534.5666.
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

Our inventory is updated frequently but there may be a case where an item you have ordered is not in stock.
If this occurs, we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed.
You may choose to wait until the item is available, cancel the item or order an item in its place.
