Position	Salon Technician
Location	Kelowna, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver

Job Description	Provide professional customer service encompassing the EvelineCharles 20 Basics of excellence. Provide assistance when necessary to the stylists, and to ensure all components of the internship program are met and completed. Additional responsibilities include: Responsible to promote the EvelineCharles experience. Responsible to ensure personal appearance and hairstyle is appropriate to the fashion forward requirements of EvelineCharles. Responsible to greet customers and ensure guest comfort at all times. Responsible to assist in the coordination of guest hair services with reception and all other departments. This will provide a smooth guest transition form department to department. Responsible to establish and maintain a detailed knowledge of all EvelineCharles hair care retail products. Responsible to keep your own and adjacent work areas clean and tidy at all times to EvelineCharles standards. Responsible to participate in selected EvelineCharles sales and education events. Responsible to cross promote other services of the salon and spa. Responsible to ensure a complete understanding and adherence to the EvelineCharles Policies and Procedures.
Qualifications	Customer service or retail sales experience an asset but not required.
Duration	Permanent Part Time and Permanent Full Time.
