Job Description Duties	Cosmetology Instructors at the EvelineCharles Academy are responsible for delivering Education at the Academy. Instructors are committed to making the profession stronger by promoting a professional, respectful and upbeat environment, where students will thrive under their direction. Job duties include: -Teach, update and implement curriculum instructing new talent in the field of cosmetology. -Monitor and evaluate student progress. -Accurately maintain program and student records. -Must be available Monday Through Saturday. The schedule is based on 3-10 hour days per week. Program will either be a Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule ot Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday schedule.
Experience Skills Education	- Applicants must be licensed Hair Stylists. - Minimum 3 years experience. - Strong leadership skills to teach and motivate students. - Ability to teach techniques and skills in both a classroom and clinical environment. -Strong communication and critical-thinking skills to communicate ideas while analyzing and solving student concerns.
