What Are Injected Denervating Agents? (Botox)

Denervating agents (also called neurotoxins) may not sound familiar to you, but most people are familiar with at least one brand approved for cosmetic use: Botox.

How Long Do Injectables Fillers Last?

Soft-tissue fillers are generally considered temporary, semi-permanent or partially permanent since the results of treatment will diminish over time. The lack of permanence is truly beneficial - your face is always changing as a result of aging and weight fluctuations, nonpermanent fillers allow subtle changes in your face to be addressed as they appear.  If using a hyaluronic filler like Restylane and Juvaderm, your body naturally absorbs the hyaluronic acid over time, so touch-ups are needed to maintain the results. Your improved look will last up to six months or more, depending on the location of the treatment and the amount of filler used.
