How to Get the look in 3 minutes:

Eyes: Wet the tip of your brush with EC Intensif it will transform Noir eye shadow into a smudge resistant black liner. Refer to the sketch and apply the liner extended beyond your eye lid to create an elongated cat eye shape. |

Lips: Apply the lipstick for a pop of color, to change it up try this in different shade, Satsuma or Shiraz are perfect for Fall 2011. |

Cheeks: Suck your cheeks in and apply blush to the roundest part extending outwards above your cheekbone. |
