MAKEUP ARTISTRY

Become certified in make-up artistry in just five weeks! Our part-time make-up artistry certificate course is perfect for those looking to add more beauty to their careers.

Are you already a hair stylist, esthetician or cosmetic counter beauty advisor? A certificate in Make-Up Artistry will expand your skills and refine your approach to beauty making you far more marketable.

EC Academy Make-Up Artistry Schools offer you the tools and techniques required to work in this dynamic beauty medium. The interactive classroom experience challenges you to be expressive, creative and experimental. You will gain confidence by working on a diversity of faces and creating a variety of looks. Learn about colour theory, colour analysis, product knowledge, physiognomy (facial shapes and features), sanitation and safety.

Makeup Course Technical Training
Face: Facial highlighting and contouring, concealer, foundation selection
and application.
Eyes: Eye contouring, eye shadows, eye liner, mascara selection and application. Artificial eye lashes and eyebrow shaping.
Lips: Lip contouring, application and colour selection.
Make-up Application: Day, evening, bridal and special occasions.
Make-up techniques for corrective makeup, and skin types including Asian,
darker, and maturing skin.

Your tuition includes all textbooks, tools, brushes and a make-up kit.
