EvelineCharles Student Perspective - Rebecca Rook
Hi there!
My name is Rebecca Rook, and I am a student of the EvelineCharles Academy in Edmonton, Alberta. Unfortunately my last day is this coming Monday, EvelineCharles Academy has helped make my dreams come true.
About two weeks ago I had a client in which I performed a pedicure. We talked about life, kids, vacations, politics, the regular conversations. Her service was coming to an end, and we started to talk about what she did for a career. She announced that she was Assistant Manager for Steiner! In case some of you don't know what Steiner is- it is a very well known company where Estheticians like me go to work on a cruise ship for 8 months! How amazing is that? Travel the world and see amazing sights while getting paid! She told me she loved my professionalism, look and kindness and would love me to be an employee for Steiner! November 17th, 2010 I attended my interview and PASSED! I'm accepted to Steiner and couldn't be happier. I leave for the Steiner Academy in London, England in February for my 4 weeks of training to understand their products, techniques, theory and specific strategies. From there I can go everywhere in the world, by ship!
I just want to thank everyone at EvelineCharles Academy for all of their knowledge, motivation, memories and drive to make me a better individual. You will all be in my heart and will never be forgotten!!! Thank you for helping me make my dream come true and for those of you who believe, DREAMS DO COME TRUE!!
