Position	Salon Artistic Education Director
Location	EvelineCharles Salons & Spas, Corporate Office, Downtown Edmonton

Job Description Duties	As the Salon Artistic Education Director for EvelineCharles Salons·Spas, you would be responsible for setting the creative direction for the salon, designing and implementing in house education and product knowledge, and maintaining quality and consistency in the salons. Organization and Responsibilities Design and implement in house education and product knowledge Set the creative direction for the salon Educating staff members and motivating them to increase their service and retail sales Maintain quality control and consistency in salons Introduce the trends and come up with different strategies on how to market and implement them. Work closely with the management team to streamline the operations across the different locations Set the fashion direction for our seasonal collections Evaluate the performance of the service providers Work with the EvelineCharles Academy on Curriculum, EC Standard, and culture Develop Instructor and educator development programs and evaluations
Experience Skills Education	10 or more years experience in the industry Very fashion forward individual Comfortable presenting in front of a large audience Able to evaluate performance (technical and guest service skills) and create development programs Experience and confidence in Microsoft Office
