Job Description: As an Assistant Manager, you will gain exposure to all areas of business: leadership skills, driving sales, product knowledge, recruitment, visual merchandising, inventory management, employee training and basic principles of management. With your strong operational and leadership skills, you will be responsible for the overall effectiveness and growth of your store. Focus Areas Include: Support the location manager by strengthening and growing the store by running reports, tracking progress and driving sales. Coordinate the front desk & sales associates: Manage the first and last impression of every client’s visit to EvelineCharles. Retention of clients by solving customer service issues and enhancing client experiences by building lasting relationships with our guests. Recruitment, training and growth of staff. Monitoring retail and professional inventory levels and coordinating general merchandising of store.
Experience Skills Education	Passionate and fashion-forward individual who possesses outstanding leadership and communication skills. Ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment while managing a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to effectively and appropriately interact with clients and location staff. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening and weekend shifts. Post-secondary education is an asset (studies within business disciplined preferred).
